1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RZP Investments LLC, doing business as RZP Trading ("RZP Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, paper-trading platform, AI Coach, courses, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

RZP Trading is an educational, paper-only platform. There are no real brokerage accounts, no real orders, and no real money moving through the Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Email address — to create your account, sign you in (including magic-link login), send you the emails you request, and communicate with you about the Service.
Name — optional; used to personalize your experience if you choose to provide it.
Waitlist and support messages — anything you submit when joining the waitlist or contacting support@rzptrading.com.

Information created as you use the Service

Account and subscription data — your plan tier, subscription status, and settings.
Paper-trading activity — the simulated trades, structures, journal entries, and coaching interactions you create. This is practice data about a simulated account, not real financial holdings.
Usage and device data — basic technical information such as log data, IP address, browser or device type, and pages or features used, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Payment information. When you subscribe, your payment is processed by PayPal. PayPal collects and handles your card and payment details directly. RZP Trading does not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information from PayPal such as your subscription status and a transaction/subscription identifier so we can activate and manage your plan. See Section 6.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
authenticate you and deliver the paper-trading, scanner, course, and AI Coach features;
process and manage subscriptions and billing (through PayPal);
respond to your requests and provide support;
send you service-related messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of;
understand usage, fix problems, and improve the Service; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Cookies & local storage

The Service uses cookies and similar browser technologies (such as local storage) that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the dashboard. We use these primarily for essential functionality rather than advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

PayPal — to process subscription payments and manage recurring billing.
Tastytrade data feed — the Service uses a Tastytrade market-data feed to power live option chains. This is used for market data; we are not affiliated with Tastytrade.
Hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) — the Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure that stores and processes data on our behalf.
Service providers — vendors that help us operate, secure, or support the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RZP Trading, our users, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. Your payment method details are collected and stored by PayPal under PayPal's own terms and privacy policy, not by RZP Trading. We recommend reviewing PayPal's privacy policy to understand how it handles your information. RZP Trading stores only the limited subscription information described above so we can activate, renew, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account data as described in Section 9.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, and we benefit from the fact that the Service involves no real-money accounts and stores no card numbers, which reduces sensitive financial exposure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

9. Your rights & choices

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask questions about how it is handled, by emailing support@rzptrading.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR — including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, and to opt out of certain uses. 10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Service may not be used by anyone under 18 (and in no case by anyone under 13). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@rzptrading.com and we will delete it.

11. International users

We operate from the United States, and the Service is hosted on U.S.-based infrastructure. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
